 An error occurred while sending AADHAAR OTP. Error :Error: I/O error on POST request for "https://epfoauadc.epfindia.gov.in/aua/auth":Connection refused; nested exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused 

This error occurs while sending request from pf to aadhaar portal. EPF verify the user while sending an OTP to there aadhar linked mobile number to confirm and accept the request for the PF holder.

It will take minimum 1 to 2 working days to fix this problem for epf portal. 

If your trying to mark exist, KYC update or pf claims then wait for pf site to solve the problem and try again.
